3-17. Your Strength is equal to the Strength of God, which means it is Infinite. There will never be a challenge you cannot overcome. Have Faith and know God is always with you.
Strength, as this world would like to hold it out to you, has nothing to do with genuine resilience. Strength as it is understood within the world of form is deeply associated with stoic fortitude, but that is not strength in any universal sense at all. Simple endurance is not an accurate measure of strength with respect to the understanding of God. At times, to be strong is to break down and suffer - to allow the vicissitudes and tribulations of life to overwhelm you, so that you take a short period of time within which to reflect upon what has transpired and how you will best approach all that is yet to occur. Strength is not never failing. Strength is not never demonstrating your suffering to others, containing all that ails you and its effects upon your mind in some iron box of relentlessly applied constricted containment, never allowing yourself to feel all that you do, and that you should. That is not strength. That is unnecessary resistance to what has happened. What is gained from being strong in this manner, other than the development of a useless ability to never react as any rational person might? What do you give to others when you refuse to relent and to rest for a while, allowing all that has befallen you to be appropriately appreciated, evaluated, and then finally released back into the universe from which it first arose and then confronted you? You do not offer to them the totality of your Truth when you are only willing to be partially yourself. This is not to imply that a complete collapse of emotional control and a massively overwrought reaction is necessarily appropriate. That is a mechanism of the ego - the desire to lose all control and to completely break down, screaming in vain that you cannot possibly continue for one more step upon the journey that your life has been thus far. Strength is not found in never feeling as if you cannot continue. Strength is the absolute determination to continue, without exception, no matter what may transpire next, for you have learned of the infinite strength of your soul and you have discovered that you cannot be deterred, no matter what may or may not arise in the future. That is the Strength of God. It is based in the beautifully simple Truth that you are Loved beyond any measure that you can possibly use for any form of evaluation whatsoever. You need not believe any longer in the concept of failure, for no Child of God can fail God in any way at all. Failure is the obfuscated trap of the ego, designed to be sprung at just the moment when you are stumbling forward with little ability to see what is going to occur at the next moment, seizing you in its fearsome grasp and felling you, casting you down into a pit of despair designed by the ego to prevent your further inquiry into the Truth of what you experience in this world. This world is neutral. That cannot possibly be overstated. Much occurs here without reason, logic or rationale at all. That does not mean that your reactions and future decisions should be devoid of appropriate consideration. Strength employed in the interest of continuation, knowing that death is not the end of awareness and that Love is Eternal - that is the Strength of God. It is yours as well. Perhaps you doubt this. Perhaps you waiver, believing that what others can accomplish is not destined to be known by you. That is not relevant. You do not need to believe wholly that the Strength of God is with you at all times to begin to be able to access just a fractional sliver of all that you can use to assist you to continue through even the most desolately remote portions of your existence within this world of form. Challenges, tragedies, hopelessly “unfair” occurrences and situations that beset and belabor you will occur. They cannot always be avoided, nor can you consistently and reliably avoid all that may happen. Yet you need not. That is the path of avoidance, and it is not a path that can lead to growth. Recall that there can only be expansion or stillness - there can be no contraction of that which God has Created. You can remain just as you are, if you wish. But do you genuinely desire just that? To be exactly the same as a countless menagerie of days that have now fallen behind you, so many moments within which nothing of any meaningful import transpired at all? Is that your desire - to be a frozen and immobile specter of life, cut off from all that can be, shamed into mute stillness because you believe yourself unable to fend off the desperation and desolation that can accompany an extreme difficulty? Perhaps you think you do. But your heart does not. Look within, Child of God. Reflect on all that has happened and how well you progressed, no matter how much you may have believed at the time that you could not possibly continue. You did. You arrived at a place of greater expansion because of all that you faced and overcame. What good came of all of that? That is for you to decide. But expand you did, for you employed the Truth of Love, even if you knew it not, to step forward again no matter what it was that you thought might be forever impossible. No matter how forlorn, destitute of hope or determined to no longer interact with this world, you did not remain the same. Progress and progressions of faith were employed, often on deeply unconscious levels, to allow you to continue forward despite all of your ego’s quavering protestations, it’s vilifying dissentions of determined denial of your own power. Faith is employed by all, even if they are blithely and blisteringly unaware of its presence in their own hearts. The heart is the fulcrum upon which all strength is balanced, for faith is it fuel and certainty its integral initiative. Allow your faith in God to expand until you are ready to accept that which your heart has forever known - being of God, you are possessed of all of the certainty you will ever need to overcome and surmount all that ails you, no matter how treacherous it may appear at first glance. Loved by God, you cannot fail God. You can fail yourself when you elect to act with cowardice and malice, yet those are but the affectations of the ego and they are not Real. Your strength flows from God and it is yours to uptake when you are ready - to become unlimited and free, lifted from the distorted imaginings of the ego and able to see the temporariness of this world for what it is - a place of material assemblages that are in no way deterministic of your destiny. You cannot be prevented from expanding until your consciousness and faith fill the entire universe with perfect awareness. You can continue, no matter what occurs, for God Loves you, and that is all of the faith and strength you have ever genuinely required.
